How the burger brackets will work
What happens next: Our judges are already scouring the area and remembering to pack the Maalox. But with 16 match-ups to start, and our bellies only so big, we’re playing the first round out over the next two issues of DFW.com Ink Edition.
Week one: We tackle the No. 1 versus No.8 seeds and No. 4 versus No. 5 match-ups. Watch out Kincaid’s, because M&O Grill has developed an almost messianic following.
Week two: We dig into the No. 2 versus No. 7s and No. 3 versus No. 6s. (All eyes are on Burguesa to pull off an upset.)
