Ellerbe Fine Foods chef Molly McCook, who was in New York recently to cook at the James Beard House (named for the pioneering foodie and host of the first TV food program, all the way back in 1946), has done her share of talking about the Fort Worth food scene, including a recent DFW.com Eats Beat podcast.
But there’s always room for more, right? While McCook was at the James Beard House, New York-based food/drink video site Potluck Video interviewed McCook, who spoke about the Fort Worth reaction to Ellerbe, her farm-to-table cooking and the dining scene in Fort Worth in general. While you probably know much of this already, we’re happy to see McCook spread the word to New Yorkers and others. Here’s the interview.
