Talkin’ about tamales

Central Market Cooking School in Fort Worth hosts a Tamale Workshop on Tuesday. Led by instructor Nettie Lopez, the class will teach guests to prepare a complete Tex-Mex meal including step-by-step instructions on making tamales. Cool down with a movie

NRH20 begins its Dive-In Movies series Friday with a screening of Monsters University. Guests are invited to float in the wave pool or relax on the beach while watching the movie on a giant screen suspended across the wave pool. The movie begins at dusk (around 9:15 p.m.) and is free with regular admission to the water park. Admission is $20.99-$25.99.
