The annual Hooters DFW West regional swimsuit pageant will be in Fort Worth for the second consecutive year. While last year's contest took place in a huge tent in the parking lot of the Hooters near Hulen Mall, the 2014 event will take the production value up to a new level by holding the pageant at Billy Bob's Texas in the Historic Fort Worth Stockyards at 7:30 p.m. on April 30.

The four winners of the evening will move on to the Texas Pageant in Grapevine on May 21. The top 10 from that event will advance to the 18th Annual Hooters International Swimsuit Pageant, which will take place July 23 at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. Last year's winner,Marissa Raisor from Kentucky, has spent the past year serving as a spokeswoman for Hooters on national media programs, traveling to host special events and as the 2014 Hooters Calendar cover model.

The seven locations sending ladies to the pageant are Fort Worth, south Arlington, North Richland Hills, Lubbock, Odessa, Amarillo and El Paso. The ladies will begin the night appearing in 'Military Pinup' themed costumes followed by swimsuit attire.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and after the standing room only crowd at last year's contests in Fort Worth and Dallas, expect this to be a great scene. Tickets are $10 with proceeds going to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief and Services to Armed Forces. Tickets will be available at the door or in advance by visiting here.
