Up close with nature

The River Legacy Living Science Center invites you to attend a program called Animal Exploration on Saturday, Jan. 4. Led by one of the center’s naturalists, attendees will get the chance to discover up-close the habits and adaptations of one of the center’s native animals. Music with friends

The Chamber Music Society of Fort Worth presents “Levinson & Friends: Strings With Flair” on Saturday, Jan. 4. Taking place at the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth, the concert features the musical talents of artistic director Gary Levinson. The concert begins at 2 p.m. and tickets are $5-$28.
