Beyonce gets Disneyfied by Todrick Hall

Posted 2:16pm on Friday, Dec. 20, 2013

Two things we know about Todrick Hall, the former Arlington resident/ American Idol semifinalist turned YouTube star: He’s obessed with Beyonce, and he has a thing for taking Disney cartoons and turning them inside out.

He wasted no time with combining both in his latest clip, which was posted about a week after Beyonce released a surprise, self-titled new album online.

It’s a Disneyfied version of Beyonce’s Grown Woman -- or is it a Beyonce-fied version of Disney characters Princess Tiana, Belle, Cinderella, Snow White and Ariel? We’re pretty sure it’s the latter -- at least, we’ve never thought of these cartoon princesses this way. But here’s how Hall -- who appears as a rapping Mickey Mouse -- sees ’em. H/T NewNowNext, where we initially saw this.

We now have a new, simpler way for you to enter and search for events, at listings.dfw.com. As always, when you submit an event to appear online, it will also be available for us in our print publication. But now you can simply enter your event and provide an email address, rather than creating a separate account and registering. Our new listings tool is still a work in progress, so we appreciate your patience as we fine-tune it. Please contact us at hsvokos@dfw.com if you have any questions or concerns.
