New Year's Eve in DFW: 2013 edition

Posted 4:47pm on Monday, Dec. 23, 2013

My New Year's Eve always begins in the same fashion, as my buddies and I head to American Airlines Center for the annual NYE game with the Dallas Stars hosting the Los Angeles Kings at 7 p.m. When the game ends around 9:30, the Big D NYE in the AT&T Plaza between the arena and the W Hotel will be ready to kick into high gear. Meanwhile, there are plenty of others who will choose to go the house party route and avoid being on the roads for what many refer to as "Amateur Night."
