Eats Beat podcast: Surveying 2013 DFW food and dining

Yes, even though we can’t really believe it, another year’s end is nearing. Before we dig into all 2014 will bring, we decided to look back on all 2013 had to offer.

Fort Worth welcomed new restaurants, like West 7th’s Waters and a third Fred’s Texas Cafe. We saw food trucks like Lee’s Grilled Cheese and Salsa Limon open up brick-and-mortar shops. It was also the year that local craft beer became mainstays on delicious gastropub menus and casual diners driven by chefs took the dining scene by storm.

Listen up as Bud, Rick and Nick talk about 2013 and anticipate what 2014 will look like in DFW dining and food.
