Rodeo Goat to celebrate birthday with half-price burgers

Posted 11:52am on Friday, Nov. 22, 2013

In a very short time, Rodeo Goat has established itself as one of the most inventive and just plain fun places to eat in Fort Worth.

The funky Fort Worth burger and icehouse, which toppled both established and awesome burger joints in DFW.com’s 2013 Battle of the Burgers, celebrates its first birthday on Tuesday. And it’s doing so in style, by giving its loyal customers a break -- half-price burgers all day.

So before you stuff your face with turkey and dressing on Thanksgiving, which is your right as an American, get yourself a half-priced Caca Oaxaca or Hot Bastard, or any of your favorite gourmet burgers at Rodeo Goat. (Those two are my favorites.)

Congrats to chef Keith Grober and the Goat crew on a memorable first year.

We now have a new, simpler way for you to enter and search for events, at listings.dfw.com. As always, when you submit an event to appear online, it will also be available for us in our print publication. But now you can simply enter your event and provide an email address, rather than creating a separate account and registering. Our new listings tool is still a work in progress, so we appreciate your patience as we fine-tune it. Please contact us at hsvokos@dfw.com if you have any questions or concerns.
