If you watched this week’s edition of Top Chef, you got to see plenty of John Besh, who has developed a small restaurant empire in New Orleans, where this season was shot. You also got to see Top Chef contestants crushing on Besh and his wondrous hair.
On Monday, you can see Besh and his hair in person in Dallas. He’ll be signing his new book, Cooking From the Heart, from noon to 1:30 p.m. Monday Barnes & Noble SMU, 3060 Mockingbird Lane.
