Making sweet music

The TCU School of Music continues the Faculty & Friends Chamber Music Series on Monday, Nov. 4. The concert takes place at 7 p.m. inside the PepsiCo Recital Hall on the TCU campus. $10 for adults, $5 for seniors and students. Those with a valid TCU ID get in free. 2800 S. Canoeing on the Trinity River

Secure your spot for the Fort Worth Nature Center & Refuge’s Canoe Tour, happening Saturday, Nov. 9. The tour takes place 8:30-11 a.m. and costs $15 for members, $20 for everyone else (includes admission to the center). Pre-registration is required and should be done by no later than Thursday, Nov. 7. Canoes, paddles and life jackets will be provided.
