First time for everything

The Grapevine Art Dealers Association will be hosting its inaugural Grapevine Gallery Night on Saturday, Oct. 5. Taking place along Main Street, the event will showcase various forms of art, including paintings and sculptures, at six galleries. Each participating gallery will be serving complimentary food and beverages. There also will be live music at the Grapevine train depot. The event takes place 2-8 p.m. and is open to the public. A season of celebration

Head over to the Botanical Research Institute of Texas on Saturday, Oct. 5, for its Fall Harvest Celebration. Part of BRIT’s First Saturday programs, the event celebrates the bountiful fall season with a variety of indoor and outdoor activities, informative booths and vendors.
