Express yourself

The Seminary South branch of the Fort Worth Library invites you to take part in its Creative Expressions program on Tuesday, Oct. 1. Designed specifically for teens, the craft program gives participants an outlet for expression in both a creative and no-pressure environment. Flight of the monarchs

The Fort Worth Botanic Garden hosts its monthly Family Discover program on Tuesday, Oct. 1. This month’s hands-on program is “Migrating Monarchs” and will teach participants about the monarch butterfly’s migration to Mexico. Recommended for ages 4 and up, the program begins at 11 a.m. and is free to the public.
