Rock it out

Rock band Fall Out Boy takes the stage at the Verizon Theatre at Grand Prairie on Thursday, Sept. 26. Opening is Panic! at the Disco and the band Twenty One Pilots. Doors open at 6 p.m., and the show begins at 7. Tickets are $35-$45 and can be purchased by phone, online or at the box office. Dr. Seuss and friends

Fort Worth Christian School invites you to opening night of Seussical the Musical on Thursday, Sept. 26. A live-action retelling of all your favorite Dr. Seuss stories, the musical features familiar faces like The Cat in the Hat, Horton and the Grinch. The performance takes place at 7:30 p.m. at the W.E. Scott Theatre in the Fort Worth Community Arts Center. Tickets, $10, can be purchased online or at the door. The theater is at 3505 W.
