The Central Market Cooking School in Fort Worth will be hosting a food demonstration called Beer & Bites this Monday, Sept. 23. Led by brewmaster Fritz Rahr of Rahr Brewery, the event will give attendees the opportunity to learn about various types of beer and the food items with which they pair best. Animal instincts

The Perot Museum of Nature and Science invites you to view its latest exhibition, “Animal Inside Out.” A Body Worlds Production, the exhibition features more than 100 plastinated specimens ranging from goats and giraffes to octopi and ostriches. “Animal Inside Out” will be on view in the Jan and Trevor Rees-Jones Exhibition Hall during normal museum hours.
