Life at the museum

There will be multiple screenings of the movie Museum Hours on Sunday, Sept. 22, at the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth. Set primarily inside the Kunsthistorisches Museum in Vienna, the movie follows one of the security guards as he befriends an enigmatic visitor. The movie, part of the Magnolia at the Modern series, will show at noon, 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. $8.50, $6.50 for museum members. Tickets can be purchased at the museum beginning two hours before each showing. The noon show is half-price. One-man show

Amphibian Stage Productions presents a staged reading of Thom Pain (based on nothing) at 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 22. Written by Will Eno, the one-man show stars North Texas native Cameron Cobb.
