Saturday matinee

The Fort Worth Central Library hosts its Family Movie Fun program Saturday, Sept. 14. This month’s feature is the Dick Van Dyke classic Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. The event begins at 1 p.m. in the library’s Youth Center Discovery Theatre, and it’s free. Children attending should be accompanied by an adult. 500 W. Vintage collection

Antique lovers and bargain shoppers will want to stop by Will Rogers Memorial Center on Saturday, Sept. 14, for the Uptown Flea Vintage Market. Located in the center’s Brown-Lupton building, attendees can peruse a wide variety of unique vintage goods. Hours are 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.; admission is $5, free age 12 and under. The show continues 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday. 3401 W. Lancaster Ave., Fort Worth, 469-254-4989.
