A few days after we dished up our list of 10 Hottest Restaurants in DFW, we got some more anticipated dining news.
Little Red Wasp, the casual grill from Grace owner Adam Jones, will open at 4 p.m. Tuesday.
Jones told our Bud Kennedy that Little Red Wasp, which will be just across the street from Grace on Main Street in downtown Fort Worth, will be open nights its first week and then add lunch the second week, and, fingers crossed, brunch the third week.
The menu will feature more casual dishes: “knife + fork” sandwiches (Reuben, cheesebuger), salads (Greek, cobb) and seafood and steak entrees. There’s also spaghetti and meatballs entree. Prices range from $10 to $19 for the sandwiches and $16 to $36 for entrees. There will also be wines, cocktails and a choice of 100 beers.
