Twin Peaks annual Bikini Week set for July 22-28

Posted 7:12am on Wednesday, Jul. 17, 2013

Twin Peaks fans in DFW are well aware that this year's All-Star Bikini Contest moved up to Denver after its inaugural edition was held in Addison in 2011 and last year's contest sold out the Palladium Ballroom in Dallas. Not all is lost for those who love the scenic views of the popular restaurant as Twin Peaks announced that its annual Bikini Week will take place from July 22-28 at all of its locations across the country.

The week-long 'costume party' will feature the Twin Peaks girls decked out in their best swimsuits to serve the 29-degree beer and 'man food' to their guests. For those who have yet to discover Twin Peaks, it has the vibe of a mountain lodge, complete with attractive ladies and tons of flat screen TVs showing sports. The menu options range from appetizers known as 'Teasers' that include BBQ Pulled Pork Nachos, Buffalo Wings and Chipotle Chips and Queso, 'Well-Built' sandwiches including the Hangover Burger and Steak Sliders and 'Smokin Hot' dishes the Shrimp & Chicken Basket, Flat Iron Steak and Chicken Fried Steak. Desserts known as 'Sweet Things' are highlighted by the Twin Peaks Sundae featuring two scoops of vanilla ice cream on a 'hot blondie.'

Twin Peaks locations in DFW are Addison, Bedford, Frisco, Lewsiville, Mesquite, Plano and the brand new Ice House in North Irving. Future Twin Peaks locations are set to open soon at Mockingbird Station in Dallas and Fossil Creek in Fort Worth.
