Tee off with Bone Daddy's at TopGolf to benefit Dress for Success

Posted 9:45pm on Monday, Jul. 01, 2013

The 2nd First Ever Bone Daddy's Golf Challenge benefiting Dress for Success will take place from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday August 5 at TopGolf Allen.

The Bone Daddy's Golf Challenge will allow teams of up to six members in what is dubbed as "a day filled with golf, smokin' hot girls, ice cold beer and entertainment" at TopGolf. Teams will have three hours of unlimited TopGolf, a buffet menu, the opportunity to compete for various prizes and photo opportunities with Daddy's Girls from all six locations. Prizes will be awarded to the top three teams and top three individuals who are 'closest to the hole.' There will also be a raffle held during the event for even more prizes.

Last year's inaugural Bone Daddy's golf event was a huge success as there were 416 participants and close to $18k raised for Dress for Success. The charity's mission is "to promote the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and life."

Not only did the event sell out well in advance, the day set a TopGolf Allen record for number of players. For those who have not been to TopGolf, it looks like a glorified driving range from afar, but up close it is more like a huge video game as each golf ball is equipped with a microchip and points are awarded based on accuracy to a particular target. There are several different game options ranging from Top Score and Top Chip to Top Pressure and Top Drive.

The cost to play in the Bone Daddy's Golf Challenge is $495 per team (six players). To register, visit here.
