Brett Favre, the Super Bowl XXXI winning quarterback and 11-time Pro Bowl selection, will be the featured guest at the PwC SMU Athletic Forum's AT&T Luncheon from 12-1:30 p.m. on April 12 at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas.
Favre broke into the NFL as the second round pick of the Atlanta Falcons in 1991 before being dealt to the Green Bay Packers in 1992. He became the Packers starter in Week 4 and started every game through 2007. During his time in Green Bay that included eight division titles, five NFC Championship games and two trips to the Super Bowl including the Super Bowl XXXI title over the New England Patriots, Favre became the only player to win three consecutive Most Valuable Player awards (1995-97).
He was traded to the New York Jets in 2008 and would go on to sign with the Minnesota Vikings for the following two seasons that included a trip to the NFC Championship game in 2009. His name is all over the NFL record books including most career passing yards, most career touchdowns and most career starts by an NFL player.
