Adopt me! Meet Gilmore and Pepin

Posted 6:46pm on Tuesday, Apr. 02, 2013

Gilmore and Pepin

Animal ID#: A17540019 and A17540004

Rat terriers, males, 6 years old, neutered, about 7-10 pounds

These sweet boys have been at the Humane Society's South Hulen adoption center for more than six months. They came to the HSNT because their owner became ill with cancer and was unable to keep them any longer. It is likely that their journey to the shelter was the only time they had ever left their home. When they arrived, they were so terrified that they would not even look at the staff. After months of socializing and love, they are still very shy, but do warm up to you over time. These sweet boys have been overlooked time and again because of their age and their timid natures. All they want is to find a home where they can be loved and made to feel safe, happy and comfortable. Gilmore and Pepin are adoptable together or individually. Please come visit the Southwest adoption center to meet these precious boys today!

The Humane Society of North Texas (1840 E. Lancaster Ave. and 6708 S. Hulen St., Fort Worth, and 363 Keller Parkway, Keller) is open for adoptions seven days a week. For hours and adoption information, call 817-332-4768 or visit www.hsnt.org, where you can also view adoptable animals.
