Matthew McConaughey impressions

What's your favorite Matthew McConaughey movie?
Posted 3:22pm on Tuesday, Mar. 19, 2013

With that sly Texas drawl, wrapped up in his chillaxed "Yeaaah, baby" vibe, Matthew McConaughey is an irresistible target for mimics.

We've collected a handful of our favorite McConaughey impressions, from friends and co-stars (Matt Damon, Channing Tatum) to lesser-known comedians and YouTubers. One of the more inspired is the Heath Hyche, the standup who envisions McConaughey's recitation of 'Twas the Night Before Christmas.

Note: These clips contain an overdose of "All right, all right, all right"-ness. Considered yourself warned.

Matt Damon's impressions on The Late Show With David Letterman have taken on a life of their own, and Dave has Matt pull out a new one every time he's on the show. Here's his first in the series.

And here's another Damon-on-Letterman impression, this time with Damon giving a would-be "Oscar acceptance speech" as McConaughey. (It was in 2010, when Damon was nominated for Best Supporting Actor for Invictus.

Stack those up against the impression by Channing Tatum, McConaughey's Magic Mike co-star.

Another just for fun, one more from Matt Damon.
