Buffy
Animal ID#: A18773730
Cocker spaniel, male, 7-8 years old, about 20 pounds, neutered
Buffy arrived at the Humane Society of North Texas about six weeks ago as a stray. Buffy's finder said the dog was so matted and dirty that he had Buffy professionally groomed before bringing him to the shelter to find his family. Buffy was friendly with his finder's dog and appeared to be housetrained. The finder also told us that Buffy loves doggie beds, carrying his blanket in his mouth and using the dog door. This sweet boy has been overlooked, but he has lots of life and love to share with the special family that takes him home. He is already neutered, current on shots and heartworm-negative, so he's all ready to go home.
The Humane Society of North Texas (1840 E. Lancaster Ave. and 6708 S. Hulen St., Fort Worth, and 363 Keller Parkway, Keller) is open for adoptions seven days a week. For hours and adoption information, call 817-332-4768 or visit www.hsnt.org, where you can also view adoptable animals.
