The Dallas Mavericks Dancers will host their third annual dance camp at the Hilton Anatole on Saturday, March 9th from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. All 20 of the Mavs Dancers will be on hand to teach participants pom, hip hop and dance routines. The routines they are teaching are the same ones that the dancers perform on the court at the Dallas Mavericks NBA games at American Airlines Center.
The four-hour dance camp begins with registration and pictures at 9 a.m. Classes run from 10 a.m to noon with an hour break for lunch on your own before another set of classes from 1 to 3 p.m. The camp also includes includes a dance camp t-shirt, autographed poster of the Mavs Dancers, a question and answer session with the dancers and the option to purchase individual pictures with the dancers.
Ages for the camp are 5-7 (beginner to intermediate), 8-11 (beginner to intermediate), 8-11 (intermediate to advanced), 12-18 (intermediate to advanced) and 18 and over (advanced). The cost of the camp is $100 and the deadline to enroll is March 1.
