Cosmo is already house- and crate-trained, and he loves children. He has been returned to the shelter twice; once because his adopters were allergic, and the second time because his new adopter got divorced and couldn't keep him. Cosmo loves car rides and playing with his toys. People describe him as a lap-loving dog. He is already neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations! He can go home to a loving family today, and be happy curling up in your lap.
