2012 was a tough year on the Dallas nightlife scene as the party crowd bid farewell to longtime spots including Kinki Lounge, Wish Ultralounge and Ghostbar atop the W Dallas Victory Hotel. The trend continued into 2013 as a few weekends back, Rio Room on Knox and 75 shut its doors.
The multi-leveled PLUSH, one of three DFW clubs to make the Nightclub & Bar magazine 2012 Top 100 list, is still thriving as it celebrates its fourth anniversary in its downtown Dallas spot on Main St. with a big party on Feb. 8. Doors will open at 9 pm with $3 call its and free champagne until 11 pm. Sounds will be provided by resident DJ Seth Lowery and Special Guest Jumpsmokers DJ Flipside.
