"Free 4 All" toy drive set for Sunday at Ridglea Theater

Posted 3:40pm on Friday, Dec. 07, 2012

Each Christmas, Fort Worth-based rapper Smoothvega calls on his friends in the hip-hop community to band together for a good cause. This year, the fifth annual "Free 4 All" toy drive will be held at the newly restored Ridglea Theater at 7 p.m. Sunday.

Although admission is free, donations are encouraged but not required. All proceeds from the all-ages event (sponsored by Texas Auto Sales, Amtel LLC) will go to Fort Worth's All Church Home for Children. Smoothvega will perform, along with Tum Tum, Big Gemini, TMG, Kay Won and many more. If you'd like to donate but can't make the event on Sunday, you can contribute here.

Remember me

We now have a new, simpler way for you to enter and search for events, at listings.dfw.com. As always, when you submit an event to appear online, it will also be available for us in our print publication. But now you can simply enter your event and provide an email address, rather than creating a separate account and registering. Our new listings tool is still a work in progress, so we appreciate your patience as we fine-tune it. Please contact us at hsvokos@dfw.com if you have any questions or concerns.
