Restaurants have come and gone at a dizzying pace over the last few years in Fort Worth, which makes it too easy to overlook some of the longstanding and outstanding players in our midst.

We're big fans of the 16 oz. bone-in ribeye ($24.75), buttery and bursting with flavor. It's a bargain at any price.
