The Dallas-based Easy Slider.
Red Barn BBQ's catering truck.
Gypsy Scoops ice cream truck.
The Fort Worth-based So Cal Tacos.
A few other cool foodie happenings at the fest:
"Local Beer & Local Cheese," a craft beer and cheese pairing presented by Rahr & Sons Brewing Co., which will feature Eagle Mountain Cheese. 6-7 p.m. Friday, Culinary Tent.
Barefoot Wines will present a casual wine pairing with Barefoot and food from the food trucks. 6:30-7 p.m. Saturday
