Alex Stein, identified as a 25-year-old bail bondsman from Dallas, will be a contestant on The Glass House, ABC's Big Brother-like (but different!) summer reality series.
What makes The Glass House different from Big Brother, other than, well, more glass? It's interactive. The 14 contestants live in a totally wired house, with viewers controlling every move they make throughout the competition, which means they'll have to ingratiate themselves with the viewers who are pulling the strings. The big prize is $250,000.
Here is Alex's bio, which, to be honest, makes him sound a little annoying. To his credit, he appears to realize that, because deep in the middle of the bio is the line "If at first I rub you the wrong way just give me chance to show you how kind of a person I really am."
ABC didn't give out Alex's last name, but a little Googling for Alex Prime Time 99 (read the bio) brought up the PrimeTimeStein99 YouTube page, and it can't be a coincidence that Alex says in his bio that his secret talent is freestyle rapping and there's stuff like this on the page. (Warning: unbleeped strong language)
It appears that Alex is also a comedian, or there are two Alexes out there with remarkably similar bios.
The Glass House premieres at 9:02 p.m. June 18 on WFAA/Channel 8.
