For aspiring Mavs Dancers or anyone who wants to learn some of the moves they see on the court at the American Airlines Center, Dance Camp will be held April 21 at the Hilton Anatole’s Grand Ballroom. The classes will be taught by director Mallory Mills and the current Mavs Dancers in the same place where the auditions will take place this summer. There will also be information on audition prep classes that are designed for girls who are serious about making the team.
The four-hour dance camp costs $100, features the routines performed on the court and includes a personal autographed poster and a Q&A with the dancers. Classes include beginner to intermediate for ages 5-7, all the way up to advanced for ages 18 and older. Registration begins at 9 a.m..
