Bruce Springsteen, the bard of the Garden State, returns with Wrecking Ball, his first album in two years (following 2010's underwhelming The Promise) on March 6. His 17th studio effort was produced by Ron Aniello, as well as Springsteen and his long-time manager Jon Landau. In a statement, Landau said, "Bruce has dug down as deep as he can to come up with this vision of modern life."
Springsteen is already on the books as the keynote speaker for this year's South by Southwest, and there are rumblings he might also perform while in Austin. He's set a European tour for this summer, and fans are almost certain to see him swing back through North Texas later this year in support of the LP. Below, take a listen to We Take Care of Our Own, the album's opener and its lead single.
