I was very impressed with the produce at the Cowtown Farmers Market Summer Festival, especially with the peaches. So I made another trip and made sure to pick up some peaches to grill this weekend. I have grilled peaches before with balsamic vinegar and basil. This time I decided I would try adding cedar paper to the mix (you can find out more about cedar paper in my Cedar paper wrapped asparagus with bacon post). Check out the recipe in the slideshow, it turned out great, with a pleasant mixture of savory and sweet flavors with a hint of cedar.
