Lil' surprise over the transom this morning, as Billy Bob's Texas slowly rolls out its list of shows for July on Facebook. We already knew that Steve Earle would be dropping by the world's largest honky-tonk on July 9 and there's that little picnic Willie Nelson's throwing on July 4, but add one more sure-to-be-packed gig to the list: Cool native, Fort Worth resident, occasional visitor to the Keys Lounge and American Idol finalist Casey James, fresh off his stint opening for Nashville stars Sugarland, will come home to Fort Worth July 1 to play Billy Bob's. Tickets, which range from $12-$16, will go on sale at 10 a.m. May 23 via Ticketmaster and BBT's box office.
