It's freezing outside, so might as well hunker down inside and dig into a chicken fried steak the size of a truck tire, right?
At 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 3, Cowtown Diner on Main Street is hosting a Super Bowl-sized eat-off between Steeler and Packer fans, who will attempt to finish the world's largest chicken fried steak platter.
The 10,000-calorie "Full o' Bull" includes a four-pound cube steak, six pounds of mashed potatoes and 10 slices of Texas toast. All 64 ounces of this bad boy will be slathered in gravy, natch. And they've only got 30 minutes to eat it all.
This, my friends, is what Texas-sized memories are made of.
The winner, if there is one, will receive a Cowtown "Full o' Bull" T-shirt, a cowboy hat, cowbell, and bragging rights. Ambulance right to the ER not included.
