LMFAO & Far East Movement to play SB party at Palladium

What are you doing for the Super Bowl?
Posted 1:33pm on Thursday, Jan. 27, 2011

Mark your calendars for Feb. 4, for yet another party in the pantheon of the Super Bowl shenanigans: the Party Rock Bowl at the Palladium Ballroom in Dallas, featuring those crazies LMFAO and Far East Movement, performers of hits I’m in Miami Trick and Like a G6.

L.A. electro-hop duo of LMFAO are the offspring of Motown mogul Berry Gordy Jr.: they are DJ/rappers Redfoo (otherwise known as Stefan Kendal Gordy) and SkyBlu (Skyler Gordy).

You’ll party hard while LMFAO performs their new single, Party Rock Anthem (check out the video embed below), and the audacious Shots. Guess what you'll be doing? Probably a lot of shots. It’s time to relive those college days.

And the fun goes deep into the night when DJ Eye takes the stage. Chug an energy drink, because this isn’t your grandma’s soiree.

Get your tickets in advance through SuperPartyBowl.com; for now, they're start at $55 and running up to $1,000 for the "Ultra VIP pack," plus service fees. If you're interested, act now: ticket prices will likely escalate as the game draws closer.

So clean out those couches and hit up the Coinstar, people. It's the Super Bowl, after all.

The fun starts at 8 p.m. February 4th.

And now, it's time to get on your Party Rock Anthem ...

We now have a new, simpler way for you to enter and search for events, at listings.dfw.com. As always, when you submit an event to appear online, it will also be available for us in our print publication. But now you can simply enter your event and provide an email address, rather than creating a separate account and registering. Our new listings tool is still a work in progress, so we appreciate your patience as we fine-tune it. Please contact us at hsvokos@dfw.com if you have any questions or concerns.
