Do you and a friend or relative think you've got what it takes to run a restaurant? Here's your big chance. The Food Network is holding an open casting call in Dallas for its second season of 24 Hour Restaurant Battle. The competition reality series takes the existing relationships of The Amazing Race, and blends them with some elements of shows like Top Chef, where teams have to run a restaurant.

The casting call details:

Who should apply: Two person teams with pre-existing relationships. Husband/wife, ex-husband/wife, father/daughter, mother/son, newlyweds, brothers, sisters, twins, cousins, best friends, yadda yadda yadda.
Restaurant experience necessary? Nah. You can lots of it, or none of it -- or a combo of both between teammates. (One member of the team will run the "back of the house" and one member will run the "front of the house."
