Arena Sports Bar and Grill in Lewisville/Carrollton (it's right on the border) has a lot of cool events going on this weekend. Friday night, Nu Groove takes the stage at 9 p.m. If you need to get some exercise in (bikinis are in stores, ladies), this is a fun way to do it. Nu Groove is a Top-40 cover band that plays dance hits to keep everyone on the dance floor all night long!
Saturday night, Radio Edit is performing. When I say, "Something for everyone," I mean it. Radio Edit covers rock, pop, R&B, dance, and country radio hits dating from the '50s to 2010. So if you want, you can even bring you mom and dad to the bar with you.
And on Sunday, Cougar Magnet does Rock Star Karaoke -- where you get to sing with the band. Think of it as your chance to fulfill your inner-rock star.
If you need liquid courage, they have $2 wells, $2 domestic pints and $2 Bud Slelect and Zeigenbock on Sundays. Open from 11 a.m. until 2 a.m. daily.
