Today is the soft opening for Kindal's, a multi-level dining and live music venue on Technology Blvd, just off Northwest Highway in the spot previously occupied by Che. Kindal's is just around the corner from the brand new Ojos Locos Sports Cantina and the AMC Grand 24 theater.
Their soul fusion menu includes wood-fired steaks and honey-glazed fried chicken & cinnamon waffles. Cajun specialties include Low Country Shrimp with creamy jalapeno cheese grits. The dessert menu includes grilled peaches with almond mousse.
Kindal's specialty will be their live R&B/jazz music. Their headline performer this weekend will be Chico Debarge. Music will be flowing seven nights a week, from both local and national acts.
