Just in time to get ready for St. Patrick's Day, the North Texas Irish Festival, one of the largest Irish festivals in the nation, returns to Fair Park in Dallas this weekend. The spotlight this year focuses on the Celtic cultures of eastern Canada, as bands such as the Barra MacNeils, Gadelle and Grand Derangement will perform. In addition to music, there'll be dancing, storytellers, educational workshops, crafts and food.
