As I continue to unearth myself from being out of town last week, another tidbit of note: Spune-shepherded outfit Seryn, a band we gushed about during the Midlake madness a couple weeks back, made the trek down to Austin last week to start work at Ramble Creek Studios on its debut album. Teamed with Britton Beisenherz, the group is honing its material for a possible May release.
