Saturday’s agenda: Eat Greek food, 'Boogie’ in a poultry barn or catch Rufus Wainwright

Go Greek

The Fort Worth Greek Festival continues with folk dancing, live bands, a children’s activity, gift shops, fine jewelry displays and, of course, lots of tasty Greek treats, including gyros, lamb, pastries and desserts. Free admission; cost of food varies. Hours are 10 a.m.-10 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Sunday. St. Demetrios Greek Church, 2020 N.W. 21st St., Fort Worth. For more info, directions and menus, call 817-626-5578 or visit www.FortWorthGreekFestival.com

'Barn Dance Boogie’

Contemporary Dance/Fort Worth isn’t about to squander having fun while marking its 20th season as one of the area’s most restlessly creative dance troupes. Collaborating with musical group Sloan Automatic, the Contemporary Dance/Fort Worth dancers offer up a program humorously titled Barn Dance Boogie. Tonight is the last night to catch Boogie, which begins strutting its stuff at 8 p.m. at Fort Worth’s Will Rogers Memorial Center (in the Small Exhibits Building, also known as the Poultry Barn). $8-$15. 817-922-0944; www.cdfw.org.

A singular talent

Equally comfortable belting Irish folk songs a cappella, crooning tender ballads or turning out raunchy rock songs, New York native Rufus Wainwright will make his solo Bass Hall debut at 8 tonight, during which he’ll preview some material from a forthcoming album. $21-$49. 817-212-4280; www.basshall.com
