I've been remiss in getting this posted, but the Fort Worth Cats "reunited" for a 30th anniversary shindig a few weekends ago at the Aardvark. If you missed out, David "Kid" Daniel has you covered; here's a quality-sounding clip of the Cats in action. Daniel says a "documentary-type person" filmed the entire set and it "will show up with some other bands sometime in the future." He also described the evening as "pretty much a blast." Last but not least, the Cats are committed to doing a show in Dallas -- with the Telefones -- sometime in the near future.
