UPDATED: Chris Botti's Jazz by the Boulevard performance moved

Posted 4:28pm on Saturday, Sep. 12, 2009

The seventh annual Jazz by the Boulevard has been bedeviled by soaking rains, scrapping Friday night's George Clinton gig and canceling all Saturday afternoon performances. Fortunately, the fest found a dry indoor space to host tonight's sold-out Chris Botti show.

Doors open at 8 p.m. at the Round-Up Inn at the Amon Carter Exhibits Hall here in Fort Worth. The show starts at 9 p.m. All reserved/VIP tickets will be honored for the new venue; extra seats are available for $35 per person. To sweeten the deal, a cash bar will be on the premises.

UPDATE: No sooner did this post go up than we learned of the changes for tomorrow (Sunday)'s shows as well. Adonis Rose (5 p.m.) and the Blind Boys of Alabama (6:30 p.m.) will also perform at the Round-Up Inn at the Amon Carter Exhibits Hall. As with Botti's show, all VIP/reserved tickets will be honored and general admission is $5 per person for each concert.
