Best of DFW 2008: Restaurants. Amy Culbertson discusses the year's trends.

As the Star-Telegram's food editor, Amy Culbertson has a pretty sweet gig -- go to nice restaurants and report back to the rest of us. Since she's the most in-the-know source around for all things culinary, and I pretty much stick to my good ol' Chipotle steak burrito, I turned to her to find out what trends made 2008 stand out.
Enjoy our conversation -- which covers wine bars, boutique bakeries, herb gardens and more -- by clicking on the player above. There are five short chapters, each about 2 minutes, with an intro and outro on either end.
