Bailey's Prime Plus takes shape

If you're curious to see what the newest high-end steak house in Fort Worth (yes, folks, we apparently do need another) will look like, take a peek here. Bailey's Prime Plus, which is set to open in late January in the new West 7th development, has released artist's renderings.
Opulent is a good way to describe the place, which will be an interesting juxtaposition across the street from Fred's Texas Cafe. Lavish looks, palate-pampering food, just in time to spoil all those good new year's plans for austerity and restraint.
I suspect Bailey's aims to take a bite out of the still-enormous business over at Eddie Vs, but just remember that during the Stock Show, January 11-February 7, there's plenty of business to go around.
To get an idea of Bailey's food, check out the menu at the new Park location in Dallas. Please order me a pepper-crusted prime strip with cabernet syrup and garlic butter, OK?
