Saturday’s Agenda: Halloween at 'The Ranch,’ mall and market

Scary good tunes

Fort Worth-based 95.9 FM "The Ranch" has scared up a frighteningly good lineup for its 2009 "Ranch Bash": Charlie Robison, Ryan Bingham & the Dead Horses, Roger Creager, Deryl Dodd, Kyle Bennett, Charla Corn and Joey Green will take the stage in Sundance Square starting at noon today. Tickets are $15-$40 in advance or $25-$50 at the gate. Costumes are encouraged; best-costume prizes will be presented throughout the day, with the winner taking home an autographed guitar signed by all the "Ranch Bash" performers. 817-332-0959; frontgatetickets.com

Mall-oween fun

Celebrate Halloween the American way: at the mall. Here’s where and when: Ridgmar Mall, 1888 Green Oaks Road, Fort Worth: Trick-or-treating 5-7 p.m. For kids 12 or younger in costume. North East Mall, 1101 Melbourne St., Hurst: Trick-or-treating and games 6-8 p.m. Masks allowed only on kids 12 and younger; no toy weapons. Grapevine Mills, 3000 Grapevine Mills Parkway, Grapevine: Trick-or-treating 6-8 p.m. No masks.
